Making changes

Salesbond were facing growth and operational challenges that we knew could be solved with the right approach. It was clear that their skill and talent for sales went unchallenged and results spoke for themselves, but they needed to move up a level in the way they ran the show behind the scenes.

It was our role to take them back to the beginning and take them step by step through a process change. We brought in an associate who was highly skilled in the customer journey and could integrate her process workshop into our operational and tech road map. This joined up approach allowed us to identify how different roles used technology and data and where the gaps and bottle necks were causing real challenges. It offered an opportunity for the team to understand how the business worked holistically and gave the leaders a chance to make improvements and attend to longed for changes.

Future plans

Salesbond are positioning themselves to make some major changes to their operations and will need to understand which technology is best going to serve them over the next 5 years.
