The Marie Curie brand is a highly respected charity and has several operations within the organisation. They were motivated to create a puposeful site for its business and professional members and was an early adopter of this approach within the charity sector.

Challenges and decisions
After we had built the website for a partner agency, we created a gateway to a member intranet, download and order area for communication resources where members would login, upload their details and use the library of resources for research and learning.

Making changes
The database design allows for future plans to encourage a self-service relationship with automated reminders and renewals and an online application and reviewing process.
