Having a company we can rely on without doubt or question is invaluable to both Urban and our clients. Our first request presented Connectus with a challenge – to work with servers in a way that we preferred and to install Windows licences. They succeeded and have provided the environment we need with a greatly supportive team. They brought together a cost-effective solution which means it’s an ideal platform for all of our projects and there are no additional costs being passed onto our clients.

In addition, we have been looking at our own processes, and robust cybersecurity is key to that. The pandemic has pushed us into making sure our company and data is secure. We want to ensure our data – and our client’s data – is as safe and secure as it can be. Working from remote locations can add complexity and our Connectus audit means we are doing everything to ensure data integrity across our systems and networks. Happily, we are now Cyber Security accredited and we are enjoying deeper dives into our remote working methods.
