Making changes
We have taken on a CTO and development role to guide their DevOps, prioritise projects, both ones that are in production and future plans, and to create a technology roadmap for the next 12 – 24 months. The initial phase is about connecting the systems to optimise the data and to enable Freeway to use reporting more effectively for real-time feedback.
Future plans
Freeway are positioning themselves to be leaders in their industry and fortunately, their team is really open to new approaches and are keen to be early adopters. Our next step is to use AI and machine learning for enhanced customer service and to introduce a level of automation that will improve resource load and so they can redirect talent to other areas of the business.
